$59.00 per room, per night, plus 14% state tax, $3.00 NJ room occupancy fee, plus $2.00 NJ tourism fee,
plus $ 7.00 resort fee, per room, per night. Rates are net and non-commissionable and are based on
single/double occupancy. Each additional person in the room will be charged $ 10.00 per person, per night.

ROOM RESERVATIONS (CALL-IN RESERVATIONS) CODE: VDAV315
• Each individual will be responsible for making their own reservations.
• Reservations must be made through our Reservations Department by calling:
1-888-797-7700, before March 9, 2015
• Each individual must identify themselves as being part of the Disabled American Veterans meeting and give
the GROUP CODE VDAV315 in order to receive the group discounted rate.
• Reservations that are cancelled less than seventy two (72) hours prior to check-in will result in a charge to
of one night’s room and tax. Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date are on a space
availability basis at the current rack rate.
• Resort’s requires a $100.00 deposit per room to guarantee individual accommodations.
• Hotel's check-in time is 4:00pm (6:00pm on Sundays and Holidays). The Hotel's check-out time is 11:00am.
Should guests request an early check-in, the Hotel will accommodate request based upon availability. If the
Hotel cannot accommodate requests, luggage storage will be offered.
• Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in and must have a valid credit card capable of approving a
$100.00 hold for incidental accounts.
NEC District #4 Spring Conference 2015
Disabled American Veterans has furnished Resorts with a tentative schedule.  The hotel reserves the right to
assign your function space based on your final guaranteed number of guests attending the event. All rooms
must be vacated promptly on schedule per the Banquet Event Order.  Currently, your requirements are as
follows:

The cut-off date for reservations Is March 9, 2015. Any rooms not Reserved by this date will be released back
into hotels inventory for sale to the general public and additional rooms will be available on a space availability
basis only. Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date are on a space availability basis at the
current rack rate.
